We are what we eat. We come from the Earth, are sustained by other living things that also come from the Earth and to the Earth we will return. Our remains are recycled by the natural processes of the Earth, transforming our substance literally into other forms of life as the wheel of existence revolves. As our kind evolved into agrarian social beings, common experience prompted stories (myths) to be created that serve to help us remember the inter-relatedness of all things.
